My son went to KinderCare Needham For four years and he had the best experience all the teachers were extremely nice and know how to deal with each kid individually The staff in the administration were always so welcoming and able to accommodate To my child’s needs Yefri Always love the fun activities The open clean classrooms and the amazing playground that they have that also turns into a mini waterpark during the summer. We moved to the area in 2020 (during COVID) and put both our infant and toddler in this Kindercare location. Coming from using both Primrose and Bright Horizons in our old towns, we had high expectations and a good idea of what to look for in a daycare. Given we had enrolled while COVID restrictions and supply shortages (both human resource and goods) were still in full effect, it was very hard to create a personal connections with the center due to lack of in person contact. Hands-down one of the best daycares around! My son loved coming here and left very happy, learning new things everyday. Enjoyed the daily prepared lunches and snacks (included in tuition; they have a cook).Teachers and staff build bonds with the kids which makes it enjoyable and an easy drop off for parents. Its difficult to find such care with great flexibility in hours (closed on major holidays only) and needs. Definitely recommend!

I can't speak to the actual childcare as this is purely based on my experience when we visited this center. We toured this center a few weeks ago and had an awful experience. The first time we went we were told our visit had been rescheduled. However we were not informed about this prior to us getting there by either a phone call or email which was really inconsiderate since we had taken time off work to visit the place.
