I went to Needham Bank and opened a Cd. I heard great words about the rate. I meet with Eri. She opened the Cd and offered me the checking account that had no fee. That was amazing for the debit card that I can use even when I travel outside pf the country for free. Employees there are great. They greet me and offered me a coffee. Before leaving I met with the manager. Both provided an exceptional customer service to me.
I went to this branch to notarize a document. I was greeted by the people at the counter as soon as I entered the door and I was directed to the ABM, who was amazing in helping me out with the notary. She was very prompt to get this service done. She was very personable and friendly and just a pleasure to talk to. I did not go with the idea to change banks, but I loved the service I got even as a non customer, that I would be glad to bank with your bank.
I’m so glad I chose Needham Bank for my banking. The team at the Wellesley branch is always warm, welcoming, and professional. Every time I go in, my questions are answered thoroughly and with a smile. It’s a great feeling to bank somewhere that truly values its customers!
