Terrible service. On 4 occasions they refused to take money because it was "damaged" but I went to Charles River Bank in Medway and they handled it for me with no issues at all
This was my favorite bank since I was very young. The new management team is no longer educated on many matters that have come up, reliable or professional.
Great bank but Female Teller did not greet me or my son. Better to automate than allow staff to act like angry robots. Taking my banking elsewhere. Manager backed her unfriendliness up- not cool
