I have been working with Ibrahim at the Needham Bank in Dedham for a couple of years now. He is honest, always helpful, professional, and efficient. I recommend, without question, going to speak with him about all your financial questions and needs. He also has a top notch staff, if someone doesn't have an answer on something, they get you an answer from someone else who is informed.
I had very good experience with a new checking account set up and HELOC. Good terms and excellent customer service so far. Check it out!
I've had overall good experience just a couple tweaks would be good... if you do not have a account should be able to look up and find transaction history so information can be provided from cashing checks ect. We can keep track of finances better member or not. One last thing would be a couple extra hours to be open on sat until 2pm would be better just to allow more time for people especially running a business. It would be nice to have more time, thanks 😊!! So all and all nothing bad to say just some suggestions. 😎
