A great Bank and great peole
Friendly branch, quick service, never a line. Happy I switched from BOA!
I moved to Utah from Massachusetts back in 2017 and I still use Needham Bank as one of my main institutions and this is my go to branch if I have any issues. Johanna, Marjorie and Maria are all fantastic. They constantly go above and beyond should I have any problems. Needham Bank cannot be beat in terms of customer service!!!
