I rented a U-Haul here. The couple working there were very friendly and helpful. The night before my scheduled pick-up time, the gentlemen went to another U-Haul location and drove my truck to his dealership which was just around the corner from my house. I cannot say enough about my experience with them and would highly recommend them. Thanks for the great experience!
I needed a tow dolly really bad and it seems as how they have U-Haul and happen to have one right there by the door when I came by a closing time they held the door just a few minutes longer the computer was down but that didn't stop him from managing to initiate the paperwork for the 24-hour rental of a tow dolly I needed that tow dolly really bad and they helped me up
Smooth rental experience. Uhall truck was good And we were able to safely load and unload. Overall a good experience.
Excellent service and convenient locations for both Paradise and Magalia. We rented a U haul and it is the closest to Magalia. Friendly owners!
Rented a uhaul here. They overcharged me, but cleared it up after I called.
