The ride was very professional all his equipment was set up properly inside,I even received a receipt! the side of the car door even has their logo there!the driver was very nice&focused on driving,and the driver was perfect with his time,I made it early to my doctors appointment and left out early using the same driver! the ride was also very clean and comfortable! Definitely using Need A Ride LLC!! Again! Thanks so much!!

Fast, helpful, quality service. Arrived quickly. Helped me with luggage and got me safely to my destination. Perfect end to my 24hr travel day. Really amazing service! Highly recommend.

Marcus was awesome. safe driver, good conversation during the ride. he was very polite, welcoming, laid back, and pretty dope. and my dog liked him too🤣

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! Ride was scheduled night prior to pick up. I had to be at work for 8am (I’m the manager with the keys to open). I’ve been waiting for almost an hour & it’s 8:30am & I’m 30 minutes away from my destination. This could affect my career. No phone call, texts unanswered, the driver himself doesn’t even contact me. The owner is the middle man relaying messages & just replied my apologies he isn’t going to make it. NEVER AGAIN.

Great experience. Right on time, clean comfortable ride and Marcus was a great driver. Will definitely use again when the occasion arrives. Price was very reasonable and competitive with Uber or Lyft and better than a regular taxi cab.
