Some thing wrong here waiting more than 30 min for two box from time I order to recieved it Worst customer service in timing Actually still I am waiting 🧐 Funny is I am the only person in here
Customer service very poor, guy at front desk has attitude and upset because I didnt know the proper name of the item, name i gave pretty much similar but not the "proper" name , so its my fault for someone not having common sense, very unorganized

Waited more than 1hr for wire cuts, don’t know what happened to this place.
From the moment I called ... to the moment I left with the parts I was looking for ..... the experience was exceptional ! When I first placed my call I was speaking with Andrew ... who was very professional and friendly . He helped me locate exactly what I needed and treated me like a king when I walked in dressed in work duds ! Thanks for the excellent service Andrew ... it was a pleasure meeting and dealing with you ! I will give you a shout next time I need those hard to find parts . Tony
