the fact that you just announced laying off 200 human workers who handled phone calls, to replace them with AI is absolute and complete stupidity, anti-worker, and inhumane. How, on earth, can you possibly work in such a field, and have so little humane capacity for care for your own staff, to replace them with an AI? The people who call in have real problems.
