Ryah is the best. So comforting and relaxing. The atmosphere she provides is soothing and healing. Her light touch sends healing messages throughout my body. She decreased my anxiety. Can't say enough good things about her.
Ryah has taught and shown me so much self love, growth and kindness. She is a Yoga/meditation goddess. I almost perfected my mountain pose thanks to her! Her skills in Raiki and Tarot are truly life changing - thank you so much for everything you do to better this world! Highly recommend :)
I began seeing Ry for private prenatal yoga instruction last year while I was in the weeds of my first pregnancy, feeling very top heavy and out of shape…literally and figuratively, to say the least.
