A very awkward, weird experience. I don't know how their ratings are still good. I had Karie Jennings. She bodyshamed and made assumptions. Complained that I had requested the Chair appointment. Didn't listen when I politely told her I prefer a quiet, relaxing massage. She talked the entire time, about her life, her divorce, her weight loss, her "toxin removal machine." My wife got terrible treatment, body shamed the whole appointment and then got overcharged. I had to come in myself to get the refund. Canceled my own appointment
