i am so glad i came and opened an account today. i give Ms Alyssa a 5 star rating as well very good customer service and the overall experience was fast and worth banking with this company.
My partner Alec and I attempted to deposit his $1,000 check from a local dealership through the drive-thru. The teller, an older woman, informed us there would be a hold, which was understandable. However, after asking several questions about the check, she stated it had been flagged and claimed it was not drawn on a local bank, even though it was. Do not bank with these people they are horrible. They make everything difficult. I can’t even close an account there or take myself off of my son‘s account without them making it extremely difficult. They have no mercy on anyone and the people I talk to at every location are always rude run from this place. the same mercy they have shown will be shown back to them.
