Just had a terrible experience with member services about 15 minutes ago. She had a condescending tone. Sorry I have 2 college students and pay for 3 cars so my account is not up to her standards. She needs further training on how to talk to her customers. I won't call her out by name here but feel free to reach out to me Neches.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Neches Federal Credit Union on Major Drive. Loretta Coffman handled a very tricky IRA distribution for us with great skill and care. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and took care of us in a short amount of time. She handled everything with complete confidence.

My partner Alec and I attempted to deposit his $1,000 check from a local dealership through the drive-thru. The teller, an older woman, informed us there would be a hold, which was understandable. However, after asking several questions about the check, she stated it had been flagged and claimed it was not drawn on a local bank, even though it was.
