Had a need for a personal loan, went to Neches FCU as a member (have a bank account). I was very pleasantly surprised with how easy and simple it was to do an application and to get an answer at the branch almost immediately. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and made it such a nice experience. I would recommend them to anyone to do business with. My relationship is with the Bridge City branch.
I’m not pleased with the wait time at the branch on Dowlen. 1st attempt : Open a new account waited 30 minutes and left after no service. Instead went online and opened one. 2nd attempt : Went to get a debit card. Waited 40 minutes no service and left. I’m a very dissatisfied customer and considering closing the account and going elsewhere.
