Working on 6 months for a loan. They have lost my file with my paperwork in it. A few times. Some of the paperwork was the originals. So I cannot get it back. I was told not to call or show and ask questions. She's tired of me asking. Great customer service right. This lady is rude. I'm good with that as long as she does her job. In ****** services the ladies are very rude , 2 days ago I was so angry I told this lady I need to leave this bank and find me another bank because of the way yall treat us customers and she yelled and said well **** you should in such a cruel such way , and whenever I be trying to explain things to them they will hang up in my face , then whenever I call back and ask to speak to a supervisor its always we dont have a supervisor available right now so can I help you with a bad attitude , then I tell them I need to speak with... read more

I have been a customer of this ********************************************* for over 30 years and in the past two years it has go to h and back! I have had my account fraudulently affected 9 times in a year and now they did a system update. No one can get access to their accounts and anyone with the same last name has access to everyone elses accounts with that same name. It is insane!!!! This location in *********, ***** has gave me problems from day one. It is being managed by someone who I suspect and to my own opinion can't manage themselves for example I had a check I deposited in hopes to receiving my money only to be giving what appears to be a "I owe you" note...On top of this I overhear the manager asking the teller after receiving the paper note from the banking computer which states I should get my funds on the 4th, this totally rude and very unpolite manager was even asking the teller if in a weir... read more

This bank has 1 Africans American and have fired all the rest of the Black employees. I have witness racism at the Pearl Branch countlesss time with one teller and the branch manger. The rules are changed according to the like of the customer. I won't Refer any to keep money in this back... please make investments were your business will be welcome and appreciate.

Had a need for a personal loan, went to Neches FCU as a member (have a bank account). I was very pleasantly surprised with how easy and simple it was to do an application and to get an answer at the branch almost immediately. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and made it such a nice experience. I would recommend them to anyone to do business with. My relationship is with the Bridge City branch.

I’m not pleased with the wait time at the branch on Dowlen. 1st attempt : Open a new account waited 30 minutes and left after no service. Instead went online and opened one. 2nd attempt : Went to get a debit card. Waited 40 minutes no service and left. I’m a very dissatisfied customer and considering closing the account and going elsewhere.
