Been having some back issues due to the gym so booked in for a sports massage. The massage was brilliant, and I was given great advice on ways to prevent a back injury again, along with a range of stretches that would help. Would 100% recommend !!!
I would definitely recommend necessity health and fitness! I phoned on the day as my shoulder was in agony from work, causing headaches and sharp pains in my back. They managed to fit me in that day and really helped to release the pressure with a firm sports massage and cupping in the affected area. I've genuinely felt so much better for it today. Thanks again for helping me.
Absolutely love these classes. Have been going to these classes on Saturday for a year and I have really noticed a big improvement in my overall health and fitness. Every week is something different so you never know what’s coming which keeps you on your toes and working hard. In the beginning I struggled to perform one burpee now I’m able to do them for minutes at a time as part of the workouts.
