They cancelled a Medicaid ride and l was not notified. After contacting Medicaid the office staff lied to them and said they don't transport me. I have never had an issue with them at all prior to this. I called and spoke to Justin and he rudely said he understood why there was an issue after I explained to him that I didn't appreciate being lied on when I did nothing wrong. Horrible company. I don't recommend at all but has great drivers. They are really professional and courteous.
Great on picking ppl up who have medical transportation dependant and usually always on time!! Reliable and very helpful!!
