Bobbi was a excellent driver. I would recommend her. She is nice and polite. She is a safe driver. Other than that the company vehicle was nasty and smelled like smoke.

I called this company two weeks in advance to transport me to my surgery. I told them I would be paying out of pocket. I was told I'd be contacted to get more information. I never received a call. I called them a week later to check with them. They didn't ask me my personal information (where I was being picked up from and taken to), so I told them. Again, I was told they would contact me. Drivers are always driving distracted. One driver showed up in pajamas and looked high or halfway asleep. I’ve ridden with Necessities twice and we’ve about wrecked both times. Vehicles are extremely unclean, unkept, and completely foul smelling. Plus side I did make it to one appointment on time, however if I had a choice this service would be my absolute last resort.

Called back to confirm an appointment explained the pick up time was in correct. Was hung up on by Gabby and my phone call was then ignored multiple times. I’m not sure who pissed in her Cheerios this morning but she just a nasty person. Now I have to find new transport as I am up unable to drive to do an injury to my foot. Thanks Gabby !! Karama is real I know you’ll get back what you gave
