Drivers are always driving distracted. One driver showed up in pajamas and looked high or halfway asleep. I’ve ridden with Necessities twice and we’ve about wrecked both times. Vehicles are extremely unclean, unkept, and completely foul smelling. Plus side I did make it to one appointment on time, however if I had a choice this service would be my absolute last resort.

Called back to confirm an appointment explained the pick up time was in correct. Was hung up on by Gabby and my phone call was then ignored multiple times. I’m not sure who pissed in her Cheerios this morning but she just a nasty person. Now I have to find new transport as I am up unable to drive to do an injury to my foot. Thanks Gabby !! Karama is real I know you’ll get back what you gave

This company, now owned & operated by Gabrielle (Gabby) Bessler and now located in downtown Kokomo at 105 East Sycamore Street (Suite A) has been very unprofessional to work with, specifically the owner Gabby herself, who is also dispatch. She is very rude and condescending. She lies to the insurance company about what is really going on when she chooses to cancel a trip if you don't agree to be picked up earlier than what you are scheduled for. They cancelled a Medicaid ride and l was not notified. After contacting Medicaid the office staff lied to them and said they don't transport me. I have never had an issue with them at all prior to this. I called and spoke to Justin and he rudely said he understood why there was an issue after I explained to him that I didn't appreciate being lied on when I did nothing wrong. Horrible company. I don't recommend at all but has great drivers. They are really professional and courteous.
