My husband and I have been with Nebraska Weight Management since 2017. I had lost 150 within one year of starting and have kept it off all.this time. My husband has lost approximately 80 pounds. He has type 2 diabetes, heart issues and joint issues. He has gone off many medications due to his weight loss. This has been the perfect place to come to get help with my nutritional and weight questions. I have not only lost the last 10 pounds I was struggling with, but I have learned how to control my poor eating habits and incorporate healthy meal replacements into my busy life.
