If your health insurance doesn't cover anything because you don't have diabetes yet. They won't help and will stop calling you back and just ghost you. Very bad especially when you are willing to make a change. I asked for financial aid and it was a bad experience.
This place made me feel like a number. Starting with a dietician who made me drive 2 hours for a hand out, which could have been done in an email. Then she added me to her services and quit without telling me. The rest of the team didn’t recognize this and I had to start over. Also, the testing is ridiculous. You pay for all this to get “approval” and you’re not guaranteed anything. It’s an insurance grab if I’ve ever seen one.
Horrible....Wasted a year and a half of my life.I had appts with psychiatrist and meetings with dietician and never heard from Carrie Torczon again.If it was anyone else they would of been able to get the surgery.What a waste of time.
