This place made me feel like a number. Starting with a dietician who made me drive 2 hours for a hand out, which could have been done in an email. Then she added me to her services and quit without telling me. The rest of the team didn’t recognize this and I had to start over. Also, the testing is ridiculous. You pay for all this to get “approval” and you’re not guaranteed anything. It’s an insurance grab if I’ve ever seen one.
Horrible....Wasted a year and a half of my life.I had appts with psychiatrist and meetings with dietician and never heard from Carrie Torczon again.If it was anyone else they would of been able to get the surgery.What a waste of time.

I normally do not write reviews, but I needed to in this situation to warn potential patients. This is the worse care I have ever received from a healthcare provider. I wish I were able to leave negative stars. From the beginning, they knew that my procedure would be self- pay and my insurance would not pay for the surgery. They had me do medical test after medical test hoping to get my insurance pay for the surgery.
