Just an example of their 'stellar service', we found out today, 3 days after a payment was due (that they didn't tell us was coming) that they had lost track of over $18,000 that used to be in our account. No, this wasn't identity theft. This was pure and simple inept credit union personnel. This certainly isn't their first screw up, but it's certainly the biggest!
