I like most of the people there. But ever since it’s became part of a larger bank the systems are not good. The loan process is like pulling teeth. Then My wife went to close our account. Ya they wouldn’t just give her the cash in my account, or just give her a check for the cash so I can take it to the new bank! They have to mail it! So now I’m screwed!
