The people as always are amazing but the new policies since the merger are somewhat disappointing. Fees for everything these days it seems.
Would leave a 0 if I could. Charged me over $500 for documents they lost from the transition from nebo to Cyprus. Provided documents multiple times and was still charged for THEIR mistake. Bank anywhere else.
I will be switching banks now that you've merged with cypress. When I want to call the bank directly I have to call a call center first? What a complete and utter joke. There isn't even an option anymore to talk directly to an office. Things are so supposed to improve, not get worse for no reason
