Don’t let them waste your time. I tried to open a savings account and was denied because my drivers license didn’t match the mail I brought to prove my new address. I went across the street to Utah Community Credit Union and was help immediately and wasn’t given any issue. If you are starting a new account I recommend Utah Community Credit Union you will be treated much better. Plus UCCU will give you free roadside assistance, cell phone protection and Telehealth reimbursement if you have a checking account.
