Don’t ever use this company—I strongly suspect that these Google reviews aren’t genuine. If you look at the comments from a former employee, they reveal that the firm relied on a lot of false positives. I hired them for HR services; their fees weren’t the lowest, but they provided the worst service I’ve ever experienced. In the tiny print of their contract there’s a clause requiring three months’ notice to terminate, and they used that to intimidate me: unless I paid extra fees, I couldn’t end the agreement.
