I should have filed a law suit for destruction of property. Much easier to just fix it myself though. “Neat” landscaping was contracted by Swartz properties to rebuild a landscaping wall for my direct neighbor. While building that wall they used my yard for storing their equipment, storing pallets of blocks, and storing their massive pile of dirt they dug up…without permission. They left my yard a complete mess and no luck with getting anyone to fix it.
Not so “neat” landscaping did a decent job on my neighbors new landscaping wall. However, they completely destroyed my yard in the process. Business owner has been beating around the bush for over a month now about coming to make things right. I will be paying out of pocket to another landscaping service to fix their mistakes unfortunately.
