I received an excellent service from neat immigration services. They guided me through each step. They are very professional and knowledgeable.
I’m not satisfied with the service provided by Neat Immigration. I was charged much more than what was initially discussed, with no clear breakdown or justification for the extra fees. On top of that, the communication was inconsistent, and I had to constantly follow up to get basic updates. I expected more transparency and professionalism, especially when it comes to handling important immigration matters. I hope they improve their billing clarity and customer support for future clients.
