Sloppy. They couldn't mail us the closing paperwork for my mother's estate properly. We are unhappy.
Worst experience ever.
I have attempted to received information on when an invoice is going to be paid from a trust they are managing. I have called multiple times, left a voicemail and received no response. In the most recent call I was left on hold for ten minutes and then dropped into the general voicemail.
