They filed my husband's 2017 taxes incorrectly & instead of cleaning up their mess with IRS they left us to deal with it. If they had of did as I suggested, we would never had been in that mess. They never answer their phones & takes way too long to respond to numerous call back requests. They overcharge & I will never refer them to anyone. Better off at H & R Block
