As a business owner I just had the worse experience I have ever had with the store owner Mitchell Jennings. I mailed Neal's a check for individual to purchase new furniture on June 16, 2025. I called Mitchell this morning to inquire about the check as it hasn't cleared the bank yet and received the most aggressive behavior from a store owner I have ever encountered. Wasn't help when I was standing in line to ask one simple question but the lady in front of me told me that she was being ignored as well so I just left
0 pressure when we were looking, easy buying and quick deliver of a very kindly priced beautiful price of furniture. Unfortunate we couldn’t quite fit it into my house. We couldn’t find something similar at that time so we chose a refund but will be back. It was a pleasure.
