We always have a great experience at Neal’s and are thankful to be able to find what we want at a local family owned store. They never pressure you with a sale with is a breath of fresh air.
I love this store. The furniture was easy to view as it was all set up. 3 stories with stairs that fit the stores set in the 60s /70s , plus the associates were so helpful. The delivery was on time with the guys setting everything up for us. Very highly recommend.
I went in to buy a couch and was really impressed at first. The staff were very friendly, patient, and helpful. They even gave me a great deal when I bundled a few pieces of furniture together. I left feeling really happy with my purchase. However, when the delivery team arrived, the couch didn’t fit through my doorway. They told me I’d need to come back and pick a new one, which I did.
