Neal Comer was representing my father in income tax matters when my father was arrested tax charges. He called me and my then husband to White Plains and told me he needed us to go to 3 places to “gather evidence” for my fathers trial. I specifically asked him if this was legal and his exact response was: “How can gathering evidence for your father be illegal?” Yeah well… the IRS had a radically differently from Neal!
