If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst customer service. Hard to get someone on the phone and whenever you do they are hateful and rude.
Great customer service and financial services.
I have consistent problems with the savings and checking accounts. They will post a payment one day and the next it will be gone. It won't show pending or anything. A few days later it will pop up and pit your account in the negative. Then charge you a service fee to move money from savings to checking. I started taking screen shots every time I do a transaction for proof. I know my money and can count very well. This bank practice is a tactic to strong arm money. I will not set back and be robbed.
