This place is crooked be aware it use to be good but know they are over charging and the lady just says how much did we charge u last time and u could say whatever amount. I guess that’s the money they pick pocket
I filed in April never got my taxes and can't get a hold of anyone to help. I called multiple numbers they have posted and still no response. Finally got to speak to someone from the IRS and all they said was I needed to contact who did my taxes. I regret doing my taxes here.
Bad experience, service was not great, just found out today 06.11.2024 that they never submitted our taxes for 2021. But they did take our money.
