Amazing experience at NDU Studio, the low impact workout was fantastic and I feel like I've been in the gym all week off 1 session. Highly recommend! Ike was fantastic and a bundle of energy to be around, exactly what you need when working out.
l was keen to try EMS, as a way of functional training, with reduced stress and impact on my joints. Ike has tailored a plan to strengthen and support my knee joints, while improving my overall fitness. Ike is a great motivator; his EMS sessions both challenging, and enjoyable. I have been EMS training for two months now, and I am seeing positive results.
I found out about NDU Studios through High Life North and decided to give EMS training a go as I was struggling to maintain any type of strength training due to a constant pain all of the way down my right leg.
