I would NEVER work with this company.. I am a Landlord and I literally DO NOT understand what I even paid for to get my money back from my tenant... I felt like they did nothing besides "try to call" and send a few papers in the mail to check off their boxes of so called work.... this was my first time ever doing this so maybe I am wrong, but I expected something different or sure... you have a better shot at going with someone else in my opinion.
The worst, they called me an apartment bill for gas that I know was paid but dont have the details, said it will take two weeks to the detail breakdown by that time it would have been reported to the credit bureaus so I just paid and avoid all the hassle .
NCS Plus is the best account receivable collection service that there is. We have worked with them since 2018 and have been very pleased with the quality of service, responsiveness and results. I highly and strongly recommend them.
Now feeling that my concerns and questions are addressed by someone who has the answer. Provides great communication and prompt response. Follow up calls are made to ensure whether additional help is needed. Thumbs up
