I have seen similar sentiments on the very few reviews. We used them for mortgage call reports and didnt realize the hidden language for contracts. We cancelled and they said we didnt cancel in time and to pay lots of money. We have found others that do something similar without this poor business practice. The other companies are month to month, which leads me to believe they believe in their product. I would not use this group.
Terrible service. Had to use this for mortgage call reports. Was told I would only be forced into a 2 year contract and they gave me a 3 year, then refused to amend it like they said they would. The program itself is dated and functions poorly. Customer service is consistently unfriendly. I dreaded calling them for assistance. So happy there are now better options on the market. Unfortunately they are still trying to make me pay them.
