I was looking at a NCM T3s and the webpage shows the tyre width as 2.15 and seat height minimum at 78cm. But after emailing the store the seat height is 84cm and the tyres are only 1.95 width. The Sales guy even got snippy on email when I inquired. It's highly likely you won't be getting the bike you order since they can't even put accurate measurements on their webpage. Be wary if you want something specific. If it's too hard to get something so simple correct then who knows what else they do badly.

Great product. I purchased a NCMT3S online and had it delivered to QLD. It arrived a day late but that's understandable. Very happy with the Bike, im 135kg and it had no problems going up hill etc.

I had a small issue with my bike and brought it back. The quickly fixed the problem and even performed a few routine adjustments. I love both the bike and the attitude of the dealers and distributor. A+ on all of it.
