I only go here cause there is no other actual gym in town. It’s a great place for people to move just enough to stay out of the nursing home but not enough weights to actually build strength. Seems like I’m always waiting for a squat rack, dumbbells etc. to free up, meanwhile rows of treadmills and ellipticals go unused.
This facility has been added to our top three favorite wellness centers from around the country. Professional, knowledgeable employees. Well cared for machines. Clean area. Spacious. Perfect temperature for workouts. The people of Beloit are kind & courteous so the general atmosphere is calm. It is also kid friendly. Highly recommend.
