NCC Service Inc, "President" Jeff Kim, real name Dae Hyun Kim, has the worst customer service etiquette equitable to no manners whatsoever. Hung up on me when he felt pressure after I questioned him regarding cancellation of services back in late 2019 and to inquire returning their credit card machine at that time. He told me then to throw out the credit card machine as it was "too old and not in compliance anyway" and our acct will be cancelled.
