My friend was charged for paint and carpet replacement, and this was placed on their credit report. They paid yesterday via credit card, and the funds have already been withdrawn from their account. Now this alleged "business service" not only refuses to provide a written receipt proving they have paid in full, but hang up whenever they call trying to get assistance. My friend used this service to pay some outstanding rental bills. She has been unable to obtain a receipt of proof, even though the money has cleared the bank, and NCC hangs up when she calls. This is not a service. Services help people, they don't hang up, and they PROVIDE help, not stall it.
STOP WITH THE DAMN PHONE CALLS. I HAVE REPORTED YOU TO THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. ANY MORE CALLS FROM YOU AND I WILL CONTACT THE POLICE AND CHARGE YOU WITH HARASSMENT. I DO NOT OWE YOU OR ANYONE ELSE MONEY. YOU PEOPLE CALL UP TO 10 TIMES A DAY. AND YOU NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE. AND ONCE I ANSWERED BEFORE YOU HAD TIME TO HANG UP AND YOUR ENGLISH WAS SO BROKEN I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT IN THE HELL YOU WERE SAYING. MAKE SURE YOU ARE CALLING THE RIGHT PERSON IDIOT.
My experience with this has been horrendous. First I ever hear about a debt on my credit is when I attempt to get a different apartment. I resolve this back in 2013, getting a receipt from Bailey properties, however it seems they never updated it and this remains on my credit. Their own records are so terrible that they can't keep track when they have collected debt. I am now waiting to get this cleared after having to send them their own information.
