I am writing this review to share my experience with the New Community Corporation Adult Learning Center in hopes that no one else has to go through what I did. After witnessing how a student was treated, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this program to ask for every detail in writing before paying any fees. If there is ever a misunderstanding, don’t assume it will be handled fairly or professionally. Based on what I observed, there appeared to be very little effort to fully investigate the situation or work toward a reasonable resolution. After seeing how this situation was handled, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this program to ask for every detail in writing before paying any fees. If there is any confusion during enrollment, don't assume it will be resolved fairly afterward. Transparency, accountability, and respectful communication are essential when people are investing their hard-earned money to further their education. Before enrolling, make sure you fully understand the program, class schedule, and refund policy in writing. Situations can arise where expectations and reality don’t match, and it’s important to know exactly what you’re agreeing to before making a payment. I hope the organization takes a closer look at how it communicates with prospective students and resolves enrollment disputes.
