Very unreliable, most drivers are 20+ minutes late,get lost or just have no clue. Call the office about it and they threaten to ban you from the ride. Very unprofessional. Do better people
I called for 25 minutes straight and no answer from 4:35 till they closed. None of the drivers can drive and no thanks to these guys I have to drop school.
When I needed Ncat they were there to help. Got me where I wanted to go on time and back home, no problems.
Great service!
Always late, had to sit on the bus for 15 minutes so someone could shop instead of taking me home in that time. Rose is always late and ncat wont answer the phone when I call to complain. Some drivers shouldn't be driving the bus
