NC Quick Pass is horrible! For the past 4 months, I’ve received an invoice for tolls for a car that has a Georgia license plate; that’s every month for the last 4 months. Here’s the thing… I’ve never lived in Georgia; I don’t own a car in Georgia, and the Georgia license plate I’m being charged for does not belong to me! But, for some reason NCQuickPass incorrectly linked that Georgia license plate to my name!!! When I arrive, the parking lot was nearly full with multiple cars, parked in two spaces the security guard OFC Romeo took the time to find me and let me know that unless I moved my vehicle out of one of the free parking spaces on the side that I would not be served. So after I explained to him that he could make things work positively and ask him why he didn’t police the people double parking in single spaces. He walked out and said he didn’t want to argue. The staff inside the glass windows was polite, greeted me with their name & efficient and took care of my business needs. I usually would give this spot 4 stars as they’re right off the 485 highway. Today things were not as smooth but with the older, tall, dark skinned, male security officer in the corner office. Haven’t lived in NC in almost 18 months. Keep getting an invoice with a NC plate number that is my Ohio plate number. Yes, I have a quick pass but with my Ohio plates. I drive a SUV. The car they capture is a small economy vehicle clearly not the same. Customer service told me I’m out of luck and owe $117. Scam, crooks.
