The online pay option does not work and says “bad gateway.” Looked it up online and it appears to be a common problem when trying to pay. Called their number to pay over the phone and that was not working either and recording told me to pay online, which doesn’t work. After numerous attempts to pay over multiple days, I finally got lucky and I was able to pay online. Always a pleasant atmosphere and the attendants are pleasant as well ,extremely extremely helpful.
It will be a surprise to no one that this organization is horribly ran and unreliable in several ways. They charged me a "civil fee" for not paying toll fees that I wasn't even aware existed as they failed to send me any communications about this to my email or mail. Their solution is a claim service that takes up to a month to hear back. My case is not an outlier, there are clearly several similar accounts based on the comments.
$48 to drive down the road with me time due to a “late fee” after I never received a bill? What a joke.
