I had a great experience with this loan signing class. Mrs. Bennett was extremely thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. Every question was answered clearly, and nothing felt rushed or overlooked. The class was well-structured and easy to follow, which made even the more complex topics understandable. I left feeling confident and well-prepared to handle loan signings professionally. I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in becoming a loan signing agent.

Belinda was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, as well as warm and personable in her teaching style. Update: I have now completed Belinda's apostille, fingerprinting, and NSA confidence classes and can say she does not disappoint! Highly recommend her! I have completed Q1-3 of the Notary Basics classes and I am never disappointed. Very informative and helpful everytime.

The NC Loan Signing Agent one day class with Belinda was excellent. Just what I needed to gain confidence in providing the best service for the lender. Class is small & intimate so you can get all your questions answered. You get hands on practice in preparing loan package and presenting it to a "buyer". I am excited to get out there and market my services. Look at all the resources provided in class as well as pdf's of other valuable resources prior to class. Thank you Belinda for offering this class.

Belinda’s course on apostille and fingerprinting was specific and allowed me As A student to be confident in doing the process on my own. Appreciate going to the course. If u haven’t taken it you are missing out!
