The NC Loan Signing Agent one day class with Belinda was excellent. Just what I needed to gain confidence in providing the best service for the lender. Class is small & intimate so you can get all your questions answered. You get hands on practice in preparing loan package and presenting it to a "buyer". I am excited to get out there and market my services. Look at all the resources provided in class as well as pdf's of other valuable resources prior to class. Belinda is hands down a great leader and person. The class taught me the thoroughness needed to be a loan signing agent. And getting hands on experience when taking her classes is priceless.
