I’m so thankful for Ms. Belinda and her help! When I first went to UPS, I was told my paperwork couldn’t be notarized because both parties weren’t present. I called Ms. Belinda, and she went above and beyond by speaking directly with the notary and explaining the process so we could get everything figured out. She was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful. I was honestly so relieved because I thought I was going to have to find another UPS location. Thank you so much, Ms. Belinda, for making this process so much easi... read more

I had a great experience with this loan signing class. Mrs. Bennett was extremely thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. Every question was answered clearly, and nothing felt rushed or overlooked. The class was well-structured and easy to follow, which made even the more complex topics understandable. I left feeling confident and well-prepared to handle loan signings professionally. I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in becoming a loan signing agent.

The NC Loan Signing Agent one day class with Belinda was excellent. Just what I needed to gain confidence in providing the best service for the lender. Class is small & intimate so you can get all your questions answered. You get hands on practice in preparing loan package and presenting it to a "buyer". I am excited to get out there and market my services. Look at all the resources provided in class as well as pdf's of other valuable resources prior to class. Thank you Belinda for offering this class.

Belinda has been an amazing coach and teacher. She is very knowledgeable and helpful to New notaries and new business owners. She communicates effectively and responds in a timely manner. I reached out to her and after a busy day she kept her word and called me to answer questions and to pur encouragement and wisdom into me. I have taken 2 of her training courses and I am planning to take her fingerprinting class and set time for a business assessment. I would recommend her services to any notary.
