Working with NC Eminent Domain Law Firm was seamless and efficient. There were no surprises, and everything turned out just as they said it would and better!
I didn’t have a pleasurable experience with this firm. The project taking up my property isn’t huge and the folks I spoke with just weren’t interested in helping me. They would probably do ok if there’s thousands of dollars in it for them but not on a smaller project. They even went as far as trying to refer me to another attorney.
Great firm to work with throughout our condemnation process. Stan Abrams was very attentive to our issues and gave us a lot of insight along the way, resulting in a favorable outcome. Bill Hall communicated with us numerous times on Stan’s behalf which kept us adequately informed as things moved along. Definitely highly recommended.
