Bicycle Sales, Rentals and Service in Providence, Rhode Island - In May 2007 NBX was created when we purchased the family owned Narragansett Bikes, founded in 1989. Then, in May of 2013, Reed Caster, the third generation owner of Caster's Bicycles, sold his family business to us and felt that in doing so, was keeping the business "in the family."

These comments apply to ALL Trek Providence Staff, but Josh has serviced my bike the last two times I've been there. Their repair service is "Top Shelve," and their customer service and attention to detail is off the charts. I'm sorry that they'll be leaving the neighborhood, but I know that the Staff from Trek Providence will be an Outstanding addition to whichever Trek store they relocate to. Good Luck Josh! V/R, Mat

Store manager Phoebe was the BEST! and so helpful and nice and fun and kind at the very end of what for her must have been a long week. Yay Phoebe!!!!
