Used NBT for business accounts for 10 years. Had a fraud incident in which the bank said I would have to close the account and nothing they could do. Went to another local bank and asked them if this exact scenario would force me to close, they said no, recommended that I would, but ultimately could block all transactions from that fraudulent company.
