Very friendly and helpful staff. I moved out of the area 2 years ago but I kept this account open and continue to use it online and over the phone. Great service is hard to find and they definitely offer it!
Saranac Lake location is hands down the best customer service in the world I bet. I usually make daily trips (for work) to this bank location. every single employee is so kind every time I am in there, from start to finish, and this goes for every customer who's walks in, most of them will greet every person by their first name! Going to the bank is always my favorite time of the day!
