Friendly workers and nice hours
I rarely leave reviews but I felt inclined to today - There's a reason I've been loyal to this bank for 20+ years (dating back to Penn Star). Went in this morning with a card issue, Chelsea handled it with ease. Zero stress. And she even alerted me to another issue I had on a separate account. Truly awesome customer service. I hope NBT takes care of their employees because she is one who definitely deserves it. Thanks again!
Hi there I am one of your loyal Custmore from 7 years but this dunmore,Pa branch teller or assistant manager Christin always have rude behavior and I don’t feel like to go the dunmore branch anymore since she always act like she own that branch and she make you wait even she don’t have custmore and she make sure someone else do her job not her self even you wait there forever 3 times a week I Hope you guys care about loyal Custmore and manager jeff and everyone else is very nice and kind in that branch
Dunmore location is terrible especially Vicky the teller. I went to cash a check from my customer written on NBT, after a couple minutes was told they can't cash the check because my ID was invalid. State issued driver license with a 2027 expiration. So went to another branch and was told they can't cash it either. So I called the NBT 1800#,turns out Vicky had flagged my name in the system for some reason.
