I have been a customer of the Sherburne Branch of NBT for both business and personal banking since 1974. In those 41 years I have always found the employees to be very friendly and willing to do whatever necessary to fulfill my requests. I consider myself very fortunate to be associated with such a bank.
I enjoy the friendly small town atmosphere of the Sherburne Branch of the NBT Bank. It is a pleasure to bank there.
NBT is a very good bank but the Sherburne office is not one of its best branches. I'm patient but the male teller at my window was unsure what he was doing and tried to correct me several times. I knew how much and where I wanted to deposit my money but he seemed so confused and then a bit testy. I'll use another branch.
