I relocated to the Manlius area in June and shortly after opened an account depositing $100k and more. I was going to eventually transfer all my accounts over to this bank and get my adult children to as well. This morning I went to the Manlius branch to get some help and they basically refused to help. The person I dealt with named John refused to help. My daughter was with me and when I said to John, I can tell you don't want to help us, he said yes that's true. I can't wait to close my accounts with them.
Everyone is wonderful here! They go out of their way for you.
