For many years we’ve used NBT and found them to be reliable and efficient for our personal banking and our business needs. However, recently we have been so dissatisfied that we’re moving all of our business elsewhere. Not only did the Burlington branch manager Kelsey lie directly to us about her handling of a larger transaction, but her actions impacted our credit negatively. I have money randomly disappear from my account all the time with no transaction that explains it. I check my balance book and compare to online transactions on the website and it always is all there thus no reason why my account should be missing money. I'm not talking little amounts either, sometimes well over $100. Terrible experience with this bank. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, and hate doing it but I feel it is necessary. I moved to a new address a year ago exactly and updated my address when I did. Since then I’ve had business checks ordered multiple times and a new debit card twice. Every single time they sent it to my old address. They would tell me they updated my address this time and it won’t happen again. Well it just happened yet AGAIN.
