Terrible experience with this bank. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, and hate doing it but I feel it is necessary. I moved to a new address a year ago exactly and updated my address when I did. Since then I’ve had business checks ordered multiple times and a new debit card twice. Every single time they sent it to my old address. They would tell me they updated my address this time and it won’t happen again. Well it just happened yet AGAIN. This bank nbt stands for NOTHING BUT THIEVES worst bank ever! Overdraft 5 cents they will charge you $30 and $5 a day after that. I'm disabled and on social security. This company has stolen so much money from me not to mention the worst online experience and an app that crashes all the time. I'm so glad this is my last month with this bank. Do not use them go to td or m@t
